Follow the A1 Peel Road to Braddan Bridge. Turn right up Braddan Road (A23) to the Strang cross roads. Turn right at the x roads onto Ballaoates Road. Take the first left turn onto East Baldwin Road). You will come to a house called Papermill on the left hand side at the little hump backed bridge. The driveway for The Coach House at Renscault Farm is the third on the left after Papermill. Look for Renscault Farm on the left stone pillar with Visit Isle of Man 4* Gold rating signs underneath and a wooden automated gate.

Head North East on the A5 (New Castletown Road) towards Douglas for about 12km (15 mins in car). At the Quarterbridge roundabout take the first exit onto Peel Road (A2). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Braddan Rd/A23. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and stay on the Braddan Road. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and stay on the Braddan Road/A23.
